Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Food and Perishable Items
As a restaurant, all food and beverage orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once prepared and served. Perishable goods cannot be returned.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid as a payment method in our restaurant and must be used in a single transaction. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase new gift cards. If the purchase amount exceeds the gift card balance, the difference must be paid with another payment method. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.
Refunds
Refunds may be considered in cases where an error has occurred on our part. Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
